How did this teenage thug with only a minor hit in "I Don't Like" manage to land 50 Cent and Rick Ross on his debut? It says much about the hip-hop industry's unquenchable thirst for regional rap gangsters, even though Chief Keef can barely rhyme on beat and tries aping Future ("No Tomorrow" and "Kay Kay") with disastrous results. Under the circumstances, Finally Rich could sound a lot worse -- decent backing tracks from Young Chop ("Hallelujah" and "Love Sosa") help. Young Jeezy seems to inspire the Chicago rapper on "Understand Me." He needs all the mentoring he can get.
